This beer is in the tradition of an American Pale Ale. Strong on hops and smooth on the finish without the fancy.

Ingredients:

• 6 lbs. light Dry Malt Extract
• 1 lb. Crystal 60L (steeping grains)
• 1 oz. Yakama-Magnum Hops (pellet) – Bittering
• 1 oz. Cascade Hops (pellet) – Flavor
• 1 oz. Cascade Hops (pellet) – Aroma
• 1 oz. Cascade Hops (pellet) – Dry Hops
• White Labs California Ale
