I was going to post a picture of me and my dad kayaking, but we decided to go out in the dark. A full moon was up a few nights ago so we loaded up the boats and headed out. At one point there were about 20 dolphins around me feeding with just a touch of light from the setting sun, a beuatiful sight. I did find out my dad likes to kayak with his eyes closed. I had to catch up with him and quickly point out a large vessel heading in our direction, but we managed to move out of the way. So dolphins are pretty cool, but not as cool as some people think. I have come across a few books and a few people who think that dolphins are the most intelligent and social beings on this earth. Well, maybe they are pretty smart, but they do have the tendency to rape each other, kill babies, and murder other dolphins. I would hope that the most intelligent beings on earth would be more civil with each other, so I still nominate us, humans as the most intelligent.
