Flexibility

Posted on Monday 6 February 2006

My initial plan had me trekking in Torres Del Paine for 9 dyas; however, my leg is pulled and a backpack on for 9 days would be very uncomfortable. Thus, I am in Ushuaia and am boarding a boat for Antartica today. Flexibility in both life and your muscular-skeleton is neccesary. So don“t forget to stretch and always allow plans to be changed. I should be going around Cape Horn sometime tomorrow morning and then across the Drake Passage to Antartica a 400 mile gap between the two continents. More to come on this voyage later.

John, That sounds awesome. Well done. Pics are fantazmic. If you listen very softly the penguins will teach you of their ninja. Your strength can only get stronger.

I have entered a place of zen and cannot be beaten by the exam gods. My strength is growing; I will soon be invincible. Med school trembles before me.

    Saludes. ciao.

Your trip looks amazing! We enjoyed seeing your pictures, and we look forward to seeing more as we study Latin America.

I just saw a commercial as I was reading your post and it told me that Nestle Nesquick Chocolate Milk helps to build strong bones. I don’t know if that will help but if TV told me there is a good chance it’s God’s word.

Homer:No TV and no beer make Homer …something…
    Marge: … Go crazy?
    Homer:Don’t mind if I do ….BLAHAHAHAJAKSHAHFDAJ
